The first thing to understand is you attract what your mind focuses on.

9 Steps to Manifest Love With A Specific Person
1. Get clear on your intention
If you don’t have a reason or purpose behind your manifestation, it’s unlikely to come into reality. Therefore, it’s CRITICAL to have a clear intention. Before going into any manifestation session, you must get clear on your intention and what your desired outcome is.
You must go into the session committed and not half-hearted. You’ll know you’ve done it right when you leave the session with no uncertainty, and a clear picture and sensation in your mind and soul of what exactly you want.
There are many different results you may desire to achieve. It could be anything such as:
– Finding your soulmate or twin flame
– Reconnecting with an old friend
– Improving/strengthening your connection with a family member or current partner
Become certain on what exactly you desire … and do it in most effective and easiest way for you. Whether that’s by writing it down, thinking it in your heart, feeling it, etc. Be open-minded and adaptable to change. Remember … the universe works in mysterious ways and your manifestation may come to pass in a way you never would’ve thought.
2. Get Into A Deep Brain State
We have 5 different brain states.
- Gamma
- Beta
- Alpha
- Theta
- Delta
In your everyday life, you’re operating in a “Beta” brain state. This is when your mind is going quickly and thinking about many things at once. This is NOT the ideal brain state to be in while manifesting.
When you’re setting a manifestation, or desiring to get ideas … it’s CRUCIAL to get into a deep brain state. If you’re unsure on what a deep brain state is, it’s a slower, quieter and more peaceful brain state.
Being in a deep brain state is imperative if you desire to manifest. The reason is because when you’re in a deeper state, you gain a better connection between yourself, your subconscious and the universe.

3. Visualise Your Desire Outcome
Picture the ideal companion, connection or desired outcome clearly in your mind until you feel like it’s real and you already have it. You’ll know you’ve done your visualisation properly when you notice sensations and feelings rise in your body and mind. Or in simple terms … make sure to focus on the feeling of the end result.
If you desire to feel accepted, focus on feeling acceptance within yourself now. Keep practising this visualisation technique until you feel ready to continue to the next step. Your subconscious mind accepts ANY thought or feeling and works to manifest it into the physical if you believe. When you feel like you’ve already received what you desire, it has now been manifested in the mind and universal realm. Now, you just need to be patient and wait for it to materialize.

4. Remove Negative Beliefs and Thoughts Around Love
I’ve mentioned this many times, but I’m going to say it again.
To attract a desirable partner or connection, you need to remove as many negative or pessimistic thoughts and beliefs as you can. Some negative beliefs you may have around love are:
– You’ll never attract your soulmate
– All women/men are toxic
– You’re undesirable
– Real love is a fairy tale and doesn’t exist
– Men/women don’t know how to treat me right
– I always attract abusive relationships
And the list goes on.
To manifest love with a specific person, you need to let go and remove all these beliefs and thoughts to the best of your ability. There are multiple ways to do this. Acknowledgement is the first step.
Write down a list of all the beliefs you have around love which don’t serve you anymore. The next step is to remove them with effective techniques such as …

5. Take Instant Action
There’s no point doing a manifestation if you’re not going to do anything about it. If you get a clear image of what you desire and take no action, that’s just a daydream. You can’t set a manifestation and lie in bed all day hoping for Prince Charming to jump through your window and love you for the rest of your life. As much as we’d all like for that to be real, that’s not reality.
Once you’ve removed your negative beliefs and know exactly what type of connection you desire to attract, take instant action no matter how small it is. Listen to your senses and follow your gut.
You may get an urge to …
– Call an old friend
– Join a social group
– Volunteer for a charity
– Read a book
– Do an activity
Whatever you feel to do in that moment, do it immediately. By the time tomorrow comes, you’ll most likely forget and just continue your old patterns and way of living. No matter how small your action is, as Nike says … just do it.
6. Make Necessary Changes on Yourself and Your Lifestyle
If you desire to attract a loving, optimistic and fun relationship, you’ve got to be that yourself.
You can’t expect to attract something if you’re this messy, depressed and negative person. That’s why it’s important to constantly work on yourself and make any necessary changes in your life.
One common mistake many people make is they desire a partner who can fill their “missing” gaps within themselves. However, if you have this mindset, you won’t achieve your desired result. If you desire to manifest love with a specific person, you must learn to unconditionally love yourself.
Become someone who you would admire, love and respect. If you can’t love yourself, you can’t expect anyone else to.

7. Improve Your Mindset
This step goes hand in hand with the previous one. As well as changing yourself and your lifestyle … you must shift your mindset.
As I’ve mentioned before, and would like to emphasize again …
You create and attract what your mind focuses on.
Learning to master your thoughts can be a long journey, but once you’ve got there … success awaits. Rather than focusing on the negatives and what you don’t have, direct your thoughts to what you DO have and be grateful for it. Focus on what you desire and constantly reaffirm your subconscious it’s being manifested into the physical.
Proven by scientific studies from Dr. Masaru Emoto, your mind has the power to manipulate matter (the materialistic world) based on the thoughts you project (what you focus on). This is why it’s CRUCIAL to put your focus on what you desire, as opposed to what you DON’T want.
This concept applies to everything. Not just relationships and love. You need to gain control of your mind, not the other way round. Remove as many pessimistic or doubtful thoughts as you can. The less there are … the easier it is to manifest.
You can improve your mindset by using multiple techniques. Find one which resonates with you and constantly practise it. Some examples of working techniques are:
– Meditation

– Gratitude
– Praying with conviction

Get rid of all striving, longing, worry, lack, emotion, etc. Have patience, belief and have a deep knowing the universe has answered you and is manifesting wealth 10x what you asked for.
9. Watch For The Signs
Watch for synchronicities, opportunities and events which come into your life after you’ve set your manifestation and followed the previous steps.
The universe works in mysterious ways and usually manifests in ways you never would’ve imagined. Let go of any pre-conceived idea and be open to any situation which may unfold. If positive situations come into your life, take advantage of it and don’t shy away.
Gracefully accept and pursue any opportunity which comes your way immediately. Make sure to have fun in the process and don’t get down if it doesn’t happen straight away. Remember to have patience and constantly trust in Source.
