Where Do You Start With Keeping Your Mind Clear And Balanced?

The first place to start would be realizing that our planet is a hologram and an illusion.

Also, that everything going on in the world or where you live is a direct result of the consciousness of the masses!

The government only have as much power as the people allow them!

By letting go of your emotional charges and moving out of fear, only then will you be able to rebalance and clear your mind!

What Happens If You Allow Your Mind To Run Wild?

The simple answer is obvious, you’ll pay a huge price for it.

Our minds are extremely powerful tools and can be used for the greater good, or for the worst!

In other words, your mind can either be your greatest asset or your worst enemy. It’s up to you to decide which path you’re taking.

You may or may not know this, but we all have 4 different brain states each used for their own purposes.

Here they are:

Delta – Completely asleep

Theta – Half asleep half awake

Alpha – Daydreamy yet conscious

Beta – Completely active and fast

I’m sure you’ve worked out majority of the planet is operating in beta, and that’s a great state to be in when doing day-to-day tasks and getting the job done.

However …

This state can also leave you burned out if you’re not taking time to slow down and go within.

The truth is there are times and seasons to work your ass off and get shit done, but there’s also moments where you’ll be called to slow down and go within to recalibrate and keep your energy clean.

Here’s some other ways you’ll be affected:

  • Your thoughts and emotions will be everywhere
  • Difficulty in relaxing or sleeping
  • A catastrophic event will manifest to force you to slow down
  • Decline in health
  • You’ll lose time with your family, friends and those close to you
  • There will always be a void which can’t be filled

How Do You Keep Your Mind Clear And Balanced?

It may sound a bit cliché but when tackling this issue, the first person you look at is yourself.

You’ll then need to escape your mind and enter your heart and find out what it is that you actually want in your life.
