Today I’ll share with you a Law of Attraction beginners guide so no matter how far you are in your manifestation journey, it’s easy to understand. Next, I’ll go over some practical steps you can do to attract the things you strongly desire. Sound promising? Great, let’s get into it.
Chances are, whether you’re new or quite familiar in the spiritual space, you’ve heard of the Law of Attraction. It’s a relatively well known universal topic. However, have you spent the time to learn exactly what it is, how it greatly influences your life, and how you ultimately have the power to control your reality?
More than likely, you answered “no” to the question above. Nothing wrong with that as everyone has to start somewhere. This is the perfect place to begin as I plan to make the Law of Attraction simple to understand even if you’re a beginner.
What is the Law of Attraction?
In short, the Law of Attraction is a universal law which goes off the concept that like attracts like, i.e. positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative. Further, it recognizes that your internal thoughts and feelings translate into the physical world. Now … why is this the case?
The answer is simple.
Everything is energy! Plants, people, objects, and even thoughts! Everything which appears as matter is actually a manifestation of energy. In fact, Einstein and Tesla both confirmed that energy preceded matter. Therefore, whatever you see and experience in your world was a reflection of your inner frequency. Make sense?
Let me put this more simply just to be certain. Let’s say you live day by day financially and struggle to make ends meet sometimes. More than likely, thoughts such as “how am I going to afford this,” “I never seem to have enough money,” or something similar are constantly attacking your mind.
As a result, those negative thoughts send frequencies to the universe that you’re broke and don’t have enough money. Therefore, you attract bad financial realities. This same concept can apply to anything in your life whether it’s health, relationships, finances, career, meditation, etc.
I’ll admit, I grew up struggling to focus on positive thoughts about my body and health and therefore attracted challenges in that area. However, the moment I decided to shift my thinking and frequency was when I started to manifest perfect health. Now, I’m in the best physical state I’ve ever been in.
The basis of the Law of Attraction is you don’t attract what you want, but rather what you are. If this confuses you, don’t stress as it’s quite a difficult concept to grasp. Nevertheless, I’ll explain this in beginner language to make it quick and easy to comprehend.
How does the Law of Attraction work?
As I stated before, you attract what you are … not what you want. Einstein said something profound which strongly correlates to the Law of Attraction. He puts it in a way which makes it easy for beginners to understand.
“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.”– Albert Einstein
The question is … why do you attract what you are, not what you want?
The answer is simple. Holographic creation (manifestation) takes effect based on your feelings, emotions and frequency. It’s just how the subconscious mind and universe works. Therefore, when you practice the Law of Attraction, it’s important to harness your feminine side.
I’ll give you an example of how manifestation and the Law of Attraction works, and the difference between what you want vs are …
In this case, let’s say Jimmy wants to manifest $10,000 revenue in his business for the upcoming month. However, at the same time, he’s also fearing he won’t reach his goal … he lies awake at night scared that he won’t be able to provide for his family, and has a million worries rushing through his mind surrounding money.
Based on these 2, which emotion do you think will prevail? Fear or belief? In most cases, it’s the former. Reason is, your emotions WILL influence your actions. So, if you allow your negative feelings to dictate your life, then your results are going to show that.
In summary, Jimmy’s want is $10,000. However, Jimmy is a big ball of fear. Therefore, the Law of Attraction will respond according to the dominant vibration – which in this example is not his want, but rather his fears.
How can I use the Law of Attraction as a Beginner?
1. Set a Goal
Start by having a desired outcome. Whether it’s to manifest money now, perfect health, find a compatible relationship, pass an exam, or something else, set a realistic goal. By doing so, you’re essentially letting the universe know you desire to attract it into your life.
2. Visualize, See and Feel you Already Have it
“What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”– Mark 11:24 KJV
Think of yourself like a magnet. Whatever signals, vibrations and emotions you send out to the universe is what you’ll attract back. Therefore, when you create the frequency that you already have your goal, you can’t help but get that reality as Einstein would say.
3. Practice Gratitude and Positive Affirmations
The third step is to regularly speak positivity over yourself. This goes hand in hand with the previous step. When you practice gratitude, you’re sending signals to the universe that you already have what you desire. It also helps because you’ll start to believe in yourself more and slowly purge out the negative energy trying to sabotage you.
4. Take Action
This step is super important! In fact, most people when they think of the Law of Attraction completely ignore this one. When learning of this universal law, a beginner could believe, “If I just keep thinking I have a brand new Lamborghini, the universe will give it to me.”
That’s not at all how it works! It’s your job to bring it into reality. The Law of Attraction is a spiritual power which helps you attract it into your life. However, it cannot be achieved if you don’t take action.
Prince Charming won’t come riding on his white horse and personally deliver your wish! You have to take action, even if it’s just small steps at a time.
The more you learn about manifestation and the Law of Attraction, the more it’ll make sense to you.

Remember, the biggest thing to take away from this is that you attract what you ARE and not what you WANT. Therefore, start living life like you deserve success and abundance, as this will raise your frequency.

Believe in yourself, take risks and start moving towards your purpose and what you truly desire. The universe will ALWAYS have your back if you trust in it and work together.

The Law of Attraction manifests for you according to your frequency … and if you’re sending the universe signals of love, prosperity and aspiration a lot, then you’re going to reap it into your life.
