What is the Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is a common practice in spiritual philosophy. It’s the law teaching your internal thoughts and projections translate into the physical world.

Or in other words … your thoughts create your reality. In a sense, it’s strongly correlated to manifestation. Meaning, your internal being reflects your external being.

Most people fail to understand the Law of Attraction. They dismiss negative thoughts/emotions and accept it as normal. Consequently, they get stuck in jobs they hate, relationships they abhor, lack of money, etc. In turn, this leads to anxiety, stress, sicknesses, depression, etc.

If this somewhat sounds like you, learning and embracing the Law of Attraction will greatly benefit you. Additionally, it’s essential you learn how the Law of Attractions works if you desire to shift beyond the norm and attract what you desire in life.

How does the Law of Attraction work?

“A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts.” – James Allen, As a Man Thinketh

The Law of Attraction works by the emotion/vibration you get from a thought. Let me elaborate. A thought can evoke a positive or negative vibration from you. In turn, that vibration registers into the subconscious mind. Then, the conscious and subconscious mind work together to create your reality according to that vibration.

Or in simple terms … the Law of Attraction starts with a thought. Next, the thought translates into a vibration. Finally, your reality is determined by that vibration.

The Law of Attraction is a simple concept yet not many can master it. Why? Taking complete control over your thoughts and emotions isn’t an easy task … it’s something that takes practice and discipline.

Without practice and discipline, you’ll always stress about earthly affairs.

Think of it like this … the Law of Attraction is a governing force of the universe … the same way the law of gravity is. Therefore, whether we like it or not, it WILL have an influence over our lives.

It’s just a matter of whether you can use it for or against you.

Why are your thoughts, vibrations and emotions key aspects in the Law of Attraction?

Simply put, the Law of Attractions works by what you send out (communicate) to the universe. That being, your thoughts, vibrations, emotions, etc. Whenever you feel resentful, bitter or mad towards someone, you’re also creating a vibration within you. And if you’re not aware of it, that vibration will influence your next actions. Therefore, thinking negatively will result in negative outcomes.

By contrast …

When you think positively, it’ll result in positive outcomes. That’s how the Law of Attraction works.

How can you start using the Law of Attraction now?

Using the Law of Attraction may sound simple but, as I said before, it takes practice and discipline. Therefore, make a commitment to start thinking positively and objectively. I mention objectively because when “negative” events occur, you must look at it from an object perspective. Look for the benefits and the “hidden justice” in it.

Let’s get into some practical steps you can take to start using the Law of Attraction in your life. Afterwards, I’m going to share with you the benefits of personal law of attraction coaching from us.

STEP 1: Be CLEAR in what you DESIRE

It’s imperative you’re clear on what you desire. The more specific it is, the better.

If you don’t have a reason or purpose behind your manifestation, it’s unlikely to come into reality. This is because, when you don’t have a clear intention, you won’t have a deep desire to pursue your manifestation.

By contrast, when you have a clear intention, you’ll feel motivated to achieve the manifestation. Also, your subconscious mind will respond better to something clear and precise.

STEP 2: Create/Formulate the Manifestation

Once you’re clear on what you desire, infuse the manifestation into your subconscious mind. Meaning, allow the manifestation to become one with you.

To do this, visualize (imagine) owning whatever you desire to attract/manifest. How does it feel? What does it smell like? What sensations arise when you think of it? Embrace it as if you have it now.

Once you start feeling it’s real, move onto the next step … which is to formulate the manifestation.

To do this, draw a tri-veca code on a piece of paper, and inside the middle interlacing circle … draw a simple illustration to help you see what you desire.

Inhale the code into your third eye with the goal in the middle, and relax. However, if you’re not sure how to inhale the code into your third eye, allow me to explain how you can do it.

Firstly, close your eyes and breathe deeply. Secondly, visualize the code transferring from in front of you to your third eye (which is located in the middle of your forehead). Lastly, embrace the code and allow it to become one you.

STEP 3: Get Into a Deep Brain State

We have 5 different brain states:

  • Gamma
  • Beta
  • Alpha
  • Theta
  • Delta

In your everyday life, you’re operating in a “Beta” brain state. This is when your mind is going quickly and thinking about many things at once. This is NOT the ideal brain state to be in while manifesting.

When you’re setting a manifestation or desiring to get ideas … it’s CRUCIAL to get into a deep brain state. If you’re unsure on what a deep brain state is, it’s a slower, quieter and more peaceful brain state.

For example, just before you fall asleep, you enter a deep brain state. All your thoughts, emotions, burdens, etc. leave your body until you enter a sleep … which is when you’re in an unconscious brain state.

Moving forward …

Being in a deep brain state is imperative if you desire to harness the Law of Attraction. The answer is quite simple. When you’re in a deep brain state, you gain a better connection between yourself, your subconscious and the universe.

Or in this case, the manifestation will come to you. Being silent and still connects you with the universe, and gets your message across much easier and efficiently.

STEP 4: Command the Manifestation

Once you’re in a deep brain state, command the manifestation to come into reality. In a sense, bring heaven to earth.

When you command, you must have conviction and authority. There can’t be striving, anxiety or worry it might not happen.

Belief is the key. You can do everything right, but without belief, nothing is possible. Feel it and speak it as if your manifestation is real.

Your manifestation has already formed in the mind and universe … now you just need it to come into the physical world.

“I command by the laws of the golden liquid realms and alchemical powers, that the tri-veca code be used to manifest X into reality by Y.”

This is a great, simple and effective command to use.

“And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear them.” – Isaiah 65:24

In other words … before you call (send your manifestation to the universe), God (universe) has already answered, and given it to you.

STEP 5: Remove the Blockages and Limiting Beliefs

Once you’ve commanded the manifestation to come into form, the next step is to remove your negative beliefs and blockages around money.

However, be mindful the universe responds to your prevalent vibrations. Let me give you an example to clarify this. Say you desire to attract finances into your life. Although you may be trying to think positively, you might have scarcity and fears around poverty. Therefore, if your fears around finances are stronger than your desires, the universe will respond according to the prevailing force.

So … remove the blockages and limiting beliefs.

Other ways to clear limiting beliefs include meditation, energy healings, affirmations, etc.

You also need to constantly feed your subconscious mind with positive thoughts around your life.

STEP 6: Take Instant Action

You won’t get anywhere if you set a manifestation and don’t take action. (When you have a clear image of what you desire but take no action, that’s just a daydream).

Once you’ve cleared the blockages and know exactly what you desire, take instant action no matter how small it is. Listen to your intuition and follow your gut.

It can be something as small as …

– Talking to more people

– Investing into a project

– Research about starting a business

– Change your diet

– List out your passions

– Write a blog

– Etc.

Whatever you feel to do in that moment, do it immediately. Don’t be afraid to takes risks. You’ll never achieve anything if you stay rigid in your thinking and continue doing what you’ve always done.

If you make a mistake, learn from it and start again. Imagine how your life would’ve been if you failed to walk on your first attempt and just gave up. The same principle applies to manifestation.

By the time tomorrow comes, you most likely will forget and just continue your old patterns and way of living. No matter how small your next action is, as Nike says … just do it.

STEP 7: Let Go and “Let God”

This sounds simple but many people struggle to fully embrace it. That is, to let go of all expectations, and just trust.

As I mentioned earlier, belief is the key. Get rid of all striving, longing, worry, lack, emotion, etc.

“What thing soever ye desire, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” – Mark 11:24 KJV

Remember, your thoughts and imagination are the only things limiting you from attracting what you desire. Nothing else. Therefore, instil belief into your subconscious.

When you have faith and belief, you’ll feel motivated to take action. Therefore, this’ll make the Law of Attraction work foryou.

STEP 8: Watch for the Signs

Watch for synchronicities, opportunities and events which come into your life after you’ve set your manifestation and followed the previous steps.

The universe works in mysterious ways and likes to test you. If difficulties or extraordinary scenarios arise in your life, overcome them and achieve your goal. If positive events come into your life, take advantage and claim/pursue it with authority.

Everyone has their moment in their life where chance and luck favour them. Only the strong take it and bring it into their reality. Let that be you.

Now …

All this sounds marvellous and straightforward in principle. However, I’ll emphasise you can’t fall into the trap that whatever you ask for will come. You MUST take serious action and constantly follow your intuition, even if it logically doesn’t make any sense.
