When you desire to attract something into your life … it’s important to manifest with intent and belief. Manifesting when you have anxiety can potentially be damaging as you’re sending negative signals to the universe. However, don’t be alarmed because in this article, I’ll show you how to shift your anxiety into positive energy.

Anxiety is an energy … and like all things, it CAN be transformed. Notice I say “transformed” as opposed to “destroyed”, because energy can only be transformed from one form to another. In this case, we can shift the energy of anxiety into positivity and abundance.
There’s a scripture which says, “God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power …” This verse really resonated with me because I used to spend most of my time giving in to the spirits (energies) of fear, anxiety and worry. However, once I realized the power and possibilities within me, I knew anything was possible.
When I first learned about manifestation, I tried so hard to accomplish my goals. I’d overthink, become anxious and start doubting myself. As you can guess, I didn’t achieve my goals. When I realized the problem, manifesting became a lot easier and more successful.
So … manifesting when you have anxiety is something I’d love to talk about. It’s something I’ve personally experienced, and would love to share with you what I did to overcome it. Let’s get right into it!
Why Do I Have Anxiety When I’m Manifesting?

In short, it means you worry, doubt and become anxious of the future, and thus create a negative future reality. Furthermore, you energetically feed the spirits of anxiety – which’ll dictate your thoughts, actions and behaviour. In turn, those actions will manifest your reality.
However, let’s retrace back to the question, “why do I have anxiety when I’m manifesting?” There’s 2 common answers for this. Let’s explore them both.
1 – You dwell on your past experiences
In other words … you live in the past. Due to previous events not going your way, you start to overthink and believe it’ll happen again. Or, if you grew up in an abusive or depressive household, you find it hard to feel positive or worthful.
2 – You’re scared of the future
The other possible cause for your anxiety is the fear of what tomorrow may bring. You create “what ifs” and doubts. EG – what if my manifestation doesn’t work? What if I fail? By doing this, you’re sending negative signals to the universe. The Law of Attraction will take place afterwards.
My best advice you can do to overcome anxiety when manifesting is focus in the present and live in the NOW. It doesn’t serve you to dwell in the past or live in the future.
For it is NOT the experience of today which drives us mad. Rather, it’s the remorse and bitterness for something which happened yesterday, AND the dread of what tomorrow may bring. Therefore, live one day at a time.
What Happens If You Manifest When You Have Anxiety
Will your anxiety affect your manifestation?
In short, if you don’t shift your anxiety then yes … it WILL affect your manifestation abilities. However, don’t be alarmed because you can change it. Later in this article, I’ll show you how to manifest and get rid of anxiety.
For now, let’s see what happens if you try manifesting when you have anxiety …
Well, to be frank, more than likely you won’t accomplish your manifestations. The reason for this is simple. The Law of Attraction works by what you are, not what you want. Meaning, you manifest things into your life which align with your energy and frequency.
You DON’T attract what you want! The sooner you understand this, the quicker you’ll achieve your manifestations. If you radiate a low frequency to the universe, you’ll attract a negative reality UNTIL you transform the energy.
If you don’t take action to heal your anxiety and doubt … you’re likely to experience:
- Energetic blockages – such as, bindings, pacts, vows, demons, discarnate, auric attachments, J seals, etc.
- Financial struggles and losses
- Feeling lethargic, unmotivated, depressed, fearful, etc.
- Health challenges
- Toxic or abusive relationships
- Voices of doubt and negative influence
- Difficulty in connecting to Source, your intuition and higher realms
- No meaning or purpose in your life – unfulfillment
- The list could go on and on!
So … let me reiterate myself as it’s important. You DON’T attract what you want, but what you are! Therefore, if you’re manifesting when you have anxiety, you’ll keep attracting negative occurrences until you fix your energy.

How To Overcome Anxiety When Manifesting
In short, you MUST transform the energy of anxiety into belief, trust and abundance. You weren’t born with a spirit of fear or anxiety, but a spirit of power and love. It’s just a matter of harnessing that instead of constantly projecting negative vibrations.
Manifesting when you have anxiety is easily overcome. Let’s look at ways to achieve this:
Change Your Outlook
Generally, anxiety causes you to create worst case scenarios in your head. You always worry about what ‘could’ go wrong and the negative possibilities. As a result, your thoughts influence your actions, therefore you’ll react out of fear, scarcity and doubt. In turn, your reality will play out in a “negative” way due to your beliefs and manifestations.
Conversely, when you shift to a positive and proactive outlook, you create best case scenarios. You focus on the opportunities and steps to take to reach your goals. As a result, you feel more motivated, inspired and disciplined to achieve your manifestations.
You can think of it like this …
Manifesting when you have anxiety proves you have a vivid imagination. You may be questioning what I mean by this … so let me explain. The fact your mind can create explicit images of the negative possibilities shows you can easily manifest and use your heart.
Therefore, instead of entertaining thoughts which evoke low vibrations in you, transform them to those which make you feel inspired. ALL thoughts have a vibration and WILL manifest your reality. So … why choose to think badly?

Connect to Source (God)

This method is a great way to get rid of anxiety. When you adapt into society and its conditions, it’s easy to worry, stress and fear for provision. Hence, taking time to breathe, relax and connect to “God” is a great way to gain clarity on your manifestations.
Spending time alone not only helps you connect to God … but also yourself. Sometimes, anxiety comes from overworking and trying hard to please others. However, if you want to know how to heal your aura, one of the best ways is to connect with yourself, the Divine and nature.
You can either:
- Swim in the ocean
- Walk in nature (or in the rain)
- Lie under the sun
- Practice grounding
- Creative or artistic activities
- Or something else you resonate with
Whatever it is, find a way to connect back to yourself and God. It’ll allow you to heal, recalibrate and gain peace of mind.
Do Activities You Love

Another way anxiety manifests itself is because you do too little of what you LOVE and instead do things you hate to “put bread on the table.” For instance, most people get a job they don’t to provide for themselves and their family. However, it comes at the expense of not living true to their purpose.
Do you fall under this boat?
The problem with this is you’ll overwork yourself and never feel satisfied. By contrast, when you do something you love, you could do it for HOURS and still want to keep going. You’ll feel more motivated, disciplined and excited.
Therefore, to get rid of your anxiety, do more of what you enjoy – even if it’s just 15 minutes a day. You’ll find yourself feeling happier throughout the day.
Use Positive Affirmations
When you rewire your negative thought patterns and beliefs, your mindset will improve … so you can manifest what you desire. This is crucial because you must let go of the old if you want the new. Meaning, you MUST transform the thoughts which no longer serve you.

Whatever method you decide to use, taking action is the key!
Manifestation without action is just a fantasy or dream. Conversely, when you do something about the problem, you’re more likely to fix it.
