Most of us live incredibly busy lives.
This often leads us to mental exhaustion, anxiety and in many cases, depression.

This is all simply because we always stress ourselves with reality and get so caught up in working, paying bills, putting food on the table, etc.
We think everything’s fine and believe it’s normal to stress ourselves with reality since it’s what we’ve done and seen most of our lives.

However, when you get too caught up with reality and life, you forget one crucial element to awakening and regaining inner fulfillment.

The problem is, we forget to take moments and “just be”.

That is, we get so busy with our lives that we never take a moment to sit in silence and just be one with everything.
Do you ever see children getting stressed about life?

As Matthew 18:3 KJV states, “Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven”.
That is, unless you become like a little child, you won’t enter the “kingdom of heaven” or ascension.

If you watch children, they never stress about life and just live in the moment and have fun while being happy.
This is exactly how we should live.

What Does It Mean To “Just Be”?

I’m sure you live quite a busy life.

Most of your time would probably be spent thinking about work, how to pay bills, what food to put on the table, etc.

When you take the time to just be, this means you completely detach yourself from reality, and be still in your mind and body.

Doing this allows you to recharge yourself and release any stress or burdens blocking you from moving forward in life.

Let’s take a simple example to show you the importance of just being and recharging yourself.

Everyday, you’re on your phone and constantly using it’s battery to learn new things, play games, scroll through social media, etc.
If you never stopped using your phone and never gave it the time to recharge its battery, it’ll eventually go to 0%, stop working and you won’t be able to use it effectively until it’s recharged.

Your mind and body works the exact same way.
Whilst sitting in silence, you connect with the universe, your higher self and your spirit guides/higher beings.

It’s important to know that when you start being, you need to set aside a certain amount of time where you can connect with your inner being, the universe and Source with absolutely no distractions.

How Can I Start “Being”?

There’s plenty of ways you can just be.
Everyone has a personal preference of what they love to do when they detach themselves from reality.

It’s important to keep in mind that when you choose to detach yourself from reality and live in the moment, make sure you have no distractions and make an oath to give time to connect with the universe, your higher self and Source.

Here’s some examples of how you can just be:
– Go camping
– Connect with nature by going on daily walks in the bush, beach, forest, etc.
– Meditation
– Reading
– Swim in the ocean and connect with the water
– Connect with animals
– Sit in silence and allow all your thoughts to come through no matter what they are

There’s many more, but I’m sure you get the idea.
Just being is something we as a society don’t do enough, due to the amount of time people work in this modern era.

How Can You Just Be?

Choose a method of being which resonates with you.

Whether it’s meditating, sitting in silence, walking along the beach, etc.
Although it may seem like you’re doing nothing, you’re actually doing everything.

I’ll let you think about that one.

Taking a moment to detach from reality and connecting with our true selves is very important spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally.

What Benefits Does It Provide?

It’s very beneficial because just being allows you to detach from reality and connect with the higher dimensions, energies and Source.

Here’s some benefits you can receive by just being:
– You can release all stress, burdens, anxieties, worries or other negative emotions out of your system
– You get time to connect with the Source and higher dimensions
– Instead of running around and constantly working, you get a moment to yourself
– You get a moment to help balance out your health and emotional state
– You get a clear mind, which can give you clearer ideas on how to make money, how to move forward in life, etc
– You gain a better understanding of what your path is and what you’re on this planet for
– You fix yourself internally, which in turn allows people to feel drawn to you (this is especially useful if you’re seeking a high frequency partner/relationship)
– You stay grounded

And there’s many more!

Here’s My Challenge For You!

Right now, set a time for yourself and commit to it where you just be and let go of reality for a period of time.

As mentioned before, whichever way resonates with you, do that.

You’ll be amazed with the difference it makes health-wise, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, etc.
