Did you know the time you’re waking up during the night is a sign of what’s going on in your life?!
That is, it could show you’re angry, stressed, sad etc.
It could even mean you’re experiencing a spiritual awakening!
Let me explain:
Although waking up in the middle of the night may seem like a rude disruption to your sleep, it could also be your body attempting to communicate something.
Your body isn’t trying to frustrate you, it’s trying to help you connect to yourself and realize what’s going on inside you.
To understand this, we need to have a basic introduction to Chinese medicine.
Every time slot represents a different organ in your body such as the liver, gall bladder, lower intestine etc.
This has been proved in Chinese medicine.
Let’s now go into the different time slots and what they mean:
Waking between 9 – 11pm:
This is the most common bedtime for most people. Difficulties sleeping during this period is a sign of stress been carried from the day.
To help this, it’s recommended you do muscle tension and relaxation or even meditation to help you sleep.
Getting up between 11pm – 1am:
This period relates to the gall bladder.
This is a sign you are having emotional difficulties.
Using the bathroom frequently during this time period is a sign something is emotionally unstable in your life.
Taking care of yourself emotionally is vital as it will affect your physical state.
Writing down positive affirmations and repeating them is a good way to start fixing this issue.
Getting up between 1 – 3am:
This period relates to your liver.
Waking up between this time period is an indication you’re angry about something.
Although anger is a temporary way of relief, it’s not a healthy solution.
Meditation and staying well hydrated (i.e. drinking lots of water) are good ways to begin healing your anger and liver.
Getting up between 3 – 5am:
This is of critical importance.
Pay extra attention if you’re waking up during these times because this might be a sign from your higher self to draw you to connect with your higher purpose and align you with your mission on the planet.
If this is happening to you, really tune in. Notice the thoughts and pictures coming into your mind.
Get a sense of what’s coming to you and if any messages are being downloaded to you by your higher self.
I remember this kept happening to me years ago. I was consistently waking up around 3-4am. Turned out my higher self was trying to tell me to leave the church I was involved in because my time had ended, so listen closely to these.
For some tips to sleep better:
- Try breathing deeply
- Visualize you’re protected
- And your higher self will help and guide you.
I even used to quote Psalm 23 from the bible every night before going to bed.
Waking up between 5 and 7am:
Waking up in this time period is a sign you are blocking something emotionally. That is, something is weighing you down which causes you to not get a good rest.
If you wake up during this time, it is best to get up and stretch or use the bathroom to get your energy back to where it should be.
Waking every night at the same time is a sign from Source that you need to change something in your life.
That is, you’re receiving messages about your life path ,and the spiritual journey you’re embarking on.
